Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions 1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence a At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence or b At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended 2 Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence 3 No statutory regulations for music and dancing shall apply to licensed premises so as to require any licence for the provision in the premises of public entertainment by the reproduction of wireless including television broadcasts or of programmes included in any programme service within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990 other than a sound or television broadcasting service or of public entertainment by way of the reproduction of recorded sound 4 Admission of children to the exhibition of any film must be restricted in accordance with the recommendation of the film classification body or of any recommendation made by the licensing authority The licensing authority s recommendation shall apply where no film classification body is specified or where the licensing authority has notified the applicant that its own recommendation shall apply In this condition children means persons under 18 and film classification body means the person or persons designated as the authority under Section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 c 39 authority to determine suitability of video works for classification 5 Licensable activities can only take place during the following hours The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Sundays to Thursdays from 11 00am until 12 midnight Fridays and Saturdays from 11 00am until 2 00am the following morning Non standard timings for the sale and Supply of Alcohol St Patrick s Day St George s Day and Christmas Eve from 11 00am until 1 30am the following morning The showing of Films Mondays to Sundays from 6 00pm until 12 midnight The provision of Live and Recorded Music Sundays to Thursdays from 11 00am until 12 midnight Fridays from 11 00am until 00 30am the following morning Saturdays from 11 00am until 01 00am the following morning The provision of Facilities for Dancing Mondays to Thursdays from 11 00am until 12 midnight Fridays and Saturdays from 11 00am until 1 30am the following morning Sundays from 11 00am until 11 30pm Non standard timings for the showing of Films the provision of Live and Recorded Music and the provision of Facilities for Dancing Christmas eve from 11 00am until 1 30am the following morning 6 On Good Friday licensable activities can only take place from 12 noon to 10 30pm 7 On Christmas Day licensable activities can only take place from 12 noon to 3 00pm and from 7 00pm to 10 30pm 8 On New Year s Eve alcohol sale and supply can take place from the start of permitted hours on 31 December until the start of permitted hours on 1 January If there are no permitted hours on 1 January alcohol sales shall cease at midnight on New Year s Eve 9 The above restrictions do not prohibit a during the first thirty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals b consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of or sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises c the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered d the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club e the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty s naval military or air forces f the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there or g the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied or h the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence or the consumption of liquor so supplied if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises 10 Late night refreshment is permitted during all the hours permitted for the sale of alcohol and 30 minutes thereafter Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule 1 Notices will be displayed requesting customers to leave the premises quietly 2
